What Working Bay County Actually Involves

Distance is a scheduling fact, not a marketing problem. We do not maintain a Panama City office and we do not claim one. What we do is prepare thoroughly, travel once, and work concentrated hours — which for most instructions returns more usable evidence than a firm dropping in for two hours at a time.

The time zone is a real trap. Bay County runs on Central time while our office and most of the state run on Eastern. Every window on a Bay County assignment gets confirmed in local time before it starts.

The beach is not the county. Panama City Beach behaves like a resort strip — high-rise condominiums along Front Beach Road, transient occupancy, seasonal population swings. Panama City, Lynn Haven, Callaway and Springfield are ordinary residential communities with entirely different working conditions. A plan that treats them as one place fails at one of them.

Federal property is off limits. Tyndall Air Force Base and Naval Support Activity Panama City are federal installations. We do not attempt to work inside them, and any firm telling you otherwise is describing something you do not want attached to your case.
