Danielle Roberts is a Florida Licensed Professional Investigator with over 15 years of professional investigative experience — ranging from financial and insurance fraud investigations to murder cases. She is Board Certified in Criminal Defense and Human Trafficking Investigations.

She specializes in autism response and defense, disability defense, police procedure, federal trial preparation, civil litigation case preparation, divorce, child custody, surveillance, stalking, and death-related cases including homicide. Her skills span forensic interviewing, forensic photography, crime scene examination, and blood spatter detection, recognition, and analysis.

Danielle has dedicated years to Criminal Defense, working with the 19th Judicial Circuit Public Defender, Diamond Litty, and comes highly recommended for defense investigations.

How she works

Most people who call have never hired an investigator and are not sure whether their situation warrants one. The first conversation is free and its purpose is to answer that honestly — including when the answer is that an investigation will not help, or that what you need is a lawyer rather than an investigator.

Defense work runs through Florida's Nineteenth Judicial Circuit — St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River and Okeechobee — where court-appointed counsel can fund investigative work through the Justice Administrative Commission. Surveillance, background and family matters are taken statewide.

Every case is worked inside Chapter 493 and Florida Statute 934.03. That means no wiretapping, no trespass, no pretexting into accounts. It is a narrower toolkit than clients sometimes expect, and it is the reason the resulting evidence survives contact with a courtroom.
