Our Approach

Roberts Investigative Services is a woman-owned Florida investigative agency, licensed under A1600287 and led by board-certified investigator Danielle Roberts.

An arrest report, insurance file or family allegation is one account of what happened. Our role is to examine it independently: find the people who were not interviewed, test the timeline, locate records and document details that may have been missed.

We do not promise a particular answer. We promise a defined scope, lawful methods and a clear account of what the investigation found.

How We Work

Every engagement starts with a free, confidential conversation. We will tell you what an investigation can realistically establish, what it will cost, and — when it applies — that you do not need one. That last answer loses us work and keeps our reputation, which in this profession is the only asset that compounds.

We work inside Florida Chapter 493 and Statute 934.03. No wiretapping, no trespass, no talking our way into accounts that are not ours. It is a narrower set of methods than television suggests, and it is precisely why what we hand you survives cross-examination.

Reports are written to be used: time-stamped, sourced and structured so the reader can distinguish observation, documented fact and investigator analysis.

Who We Work With

Attorneys and law firms — independent defense investigation, witness location and vetting, and litigation support. For court-appointed matters in the Nineteenth Circuit, investigative work can be funded through the Justice Administrative Commission.
